Cedar Dock System

Highest Quality Cedar

Selkirk Cedar, sourced from the Selkirk Mountains, is prized for its tight grain, rich color, and exceptional durability. Grown in a cooler climate, it’s denser and more stable than other cedars, making it less likely to warp or split. It’s naturally resistant to rot, decay, and insects, with higher concentrations of protective oils. Its straight grain and minimal knots make it ideal for high-end outdoor projects like docks, decks, and siding. Plus, it’s sustainably harvested, making it a long-lasting and eco-friendly choice.

Zinc-Chromate Screws

We use a 2-1/2” zinc chromate T25-head screw designed for strength and longevity. Unlike standard pan-head Phillips screws, our T25 screws are far less likely to strip, making it much easier to remove or replace boards down the line.

Post Safety Caps

Our dock post safety caps provide a clean, finished look while adding an extra layer of safety. They cover sharp post edges to help prevent injuries and keep water and debris out, reducing corrosion. Made from UV-resistant plastic, they’re built to last and are available in multiple colors to match your setup. Easy to install and a smart upgrade for any dock.

Gatorshield Galvanized Tubing

Gatorshield® galvanized tubing stands out because it's stronger, more corrosion-resistant, and longer-lasting than standard galvanized steel. It starts with high-strength steel that's coated inside and out with a triple-layer zinc coating, including a conversion coating and clear organic topcoat—all of which provide superior protection against rust and wear. Unlike regular galvanized tubing, Gatorshield is also known for its consistent appearance, excellent weldability, and exceptional performance in harsh outdoor environments. It's a top choice for structural applications like docks, trailers, and fencing where durability really matters.

Aluminum Base Pads

Our aluminum base pads measure 8" x 10", providing a larger footprint than most competitors for added stability. Each pad includes a pre-cut hole, allowing the pipe to be driven down through the pad—a major advantage in mucky or soft-bottom areas. Without this feature, end-of-season removal can be a struggle, as competitors’ base pads often suction to the lake bottom, making them much harder to pull out.

Aluminum & Zinc Chromate Plated Brackets

  • Aluminum brackets are lightweight, rust-proof, and ideal for long-term exposure to moisture—perfect for dock systems.

  • Zinc chromate-plated brackets are stronger than raw steel and have a protective yellow coating that helps prevent rust and corrosion, even in harsh environments.

Together, they provide a durable, low-maintenance solution built to handle the elements year after year.
